UNO Minda approves allotment of NCDs aggregating to Rs 100 cr     Back

UNO Minda approved the allotment of 15,000 Unsecured, Listed, Rated, Redeemable, NonConvertible, Non-Cumulative, Taxable Debenture of face value of Rs 1 lakh only each aggregating to Rs. 100 crore on private placement basis. The deemed date of allotment is 03 January 2025.
