Consequent to this allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 21,24,88,265 consisting of 4,24,97,653 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each to Rs. 21,25,82,945 consisting of 4,25,16,589 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each.
