Trigyn Technologies Limited with respect to announcement dated 14-Aug-2024, regarding 'TRIGYN : Trigyn Technologies Limited has informed the Exchange regarding Change in Director(s) of the company.'. The Company on REPLY_DATE has clarified as below: The Company is filing a revised disclosure pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III, in accordance with the SEBI Circular (CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015) dated September 9, 2015. This revision pertains to changes in our Board of Directors and Key Managerial Personnel. We wish to clarify that Dr. Satyam Cherukuri is not debarred from holding the office of a Director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other authorityand circulars.
