Shriram Finance has been allotted 3,15,60,000 equity shares of Shriram Housing Finance on conversion of 40,000 unrated, unlisted, unsecured, compulsorily convertible debentures. Upon such conversion, the company's equity shareholding in Shriram Housing Finance has increased from 27,65,51,112 equity shares (83.76%) to 30,81,11,112 equity shares (84.44%).
