SEQUENT: The Exchange has sought clarification from Sequent Scientific Limited with respect to announcement dated 10-Apr-2024, regardingï¿‚ï¾ providing guarantee and pledging of equity shares of its Indian Subsidiaries. On basis of above the Company is required to clarify following:ï¿‚ï¾ a) name of party for which such guarantees or indemnity or surety was given; b) whether the promoter/ promoter group/ group companies have any interest in this transaction? If yes, nature of interest and details thereof and whether the same is done at arms length; c) brief details of such guarantee or indemnity or becoming a surety viz. brief details of agreement entered (if any) including significant terms and conditions, including amount of guarantee; d) impact of such guarantees or indemnity or surety on listed entity. The response of the Company is awaited.
