Considered and taken on record of the resignation of Dr. Balakrishna Ramarao Maddur from the post of Independent Director of the Company. 3. Considered and taken on record of the resignation of Mr. Akash Toshniwal from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company.
