Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of N D Metal Industries Limited at its meeting held on 14th August 2025 has appointed Ms. Tanya Ajaykumar Jha as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent) of the Company with effect from 14th August 2025. Brief Profile of Ms. Tanya Ajaykumar Jha: Ms. Tanya Ajaykumar Jha is a qualified Company Secretary and also holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree. She possesses in-depth knowledge of corporate laws including the Companies Act 2013 and has relevant experience in corporate governance and management practices. Her professional expertise is expected to bring significant value to the Company.
