Pursuant to clause 4 of schedule B of SEBI (PIT) Regulations 2015 read with companys Code of Conduct to regulate monitor and report trading by insiders and code of Practices and Procedures for fair Disclosure of UPSI the trading window for dealing in the Securities of Mipco Seamless Rings (Gujarat) Limited will remain close from start of Business Hours of July 01 2025 till 48 hours after declaration of un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ending on June 30 2025 for all designated persons their immediate relatives and all connected persons covered under the said code.
