Manav Infra Projects Limited has informed the Exchange regarding .Sub: Postponement of Board Meeting -Intimation under Regulation 29(1)(a) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.Dear Sir, With reference to our earlier intimation dated 08th May, 2025, This is to inform you that due to unavoidable circumstances, the meeting of the board of directors of the Company scheduled for Thursday, the 15th May, 2025 is postponed and re-scheduled to Monday the 19th May, 2025 inter-alia to consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Year and Half Year ended on 31st March, 2025.Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Company s code for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed for the purpose of consideration of Audited Financial Results for the Year and Half Year ended 31st March, 2025 with immediate effect till 48 hours after announcement of the Financial Results of the Company to the Stock Exchange (both days inclusive).
