To assess the quality quantity and timeliness of flow of information between the company management and the Board that is necessary for the Board to effectively and reasonably perform their duties. 4. To view the unethical behavior actual or suspected fraud or violation of the Companys code of conduct or ethics policy. 5. Any other business with the permission of Chair arising out of above business and incidental and ancillary to the business.
