The brief profile of Shri Rajesh Damani is enclosed Annexure A To the best of our knowledge and information and as confirmed by Shri Rajesh Damani he has not been debarred from holding the office as a Director of the Company by virtue of any Order passed by the Securities and Exchange Board of India or any other authority.
