The company vide its letter dt. 27th May 2024 informed you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 27th May 2024 had approved the appointment of Shri Anand Dalal (DIN: 00353555) as an Independent Director of the Company not liable to retire by rotation w.e.f. date of ensuing Annual General Meeting and the said appointment was subject to approval of Shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting. This is to inform you that the Shareholder of the company at their AGM held on 15.7.2024 have approved the appointment of Shri Anand Dalal (DIN: 00353555) as an Independent Director of Company not liable to retire by rotation w.e.f 15th July 2024 The brief profile of Shri Anand Dalal is enclosed 'Annexure 'A'
