Pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations 2015 (including any amendment(s) modification(s) or re-enactment(s) thereto) we wish to inform you that the trading window for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from trading hours of July 01 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30 2025 for all the Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives. It is requested to the designated persons and their immediate relatives to ensure compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 (including amendments thereto) and shall not trade or deal otherwise in the Companys securities during the above period of trading window closure.
