Benares Hotels Ltd - Closure of Trading Window     Back

Pursuant to Regulation 9 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015 the designated persons have been notified regarding the closure of Trading Window from March 25 2025 till April 30 2025 and that the Trading Window shall open on May 1 2025 i.e. 48 (forty-eight) hours after the financial results are made public.
