Road Rambaug Malad (West) Mumbai- 400064 inter-alia considered and approved following Businesses: 1. Approval of Declaration of First (1st) Interim Dividend: Approved the Declaration of 1st Interim Dividend of INR 0.80/- per Equity Share i.e. 8% on face value of INR 10/- per Equity Share for the financial year 2024-25 amounting to INR 2750464/- (In Indian Rupees Twenty-Seven Lakh Fifty Thousand Four Hundred and Sixty-Four Only). 2. Appointment of Secretarial Auditor: Approved the appointment of Ronak Jhuthawat & Co. Company Secretaries Udaipur Rajasthan as the Secretarial Auditors of the Company for the financial year 2024-25.
