AU Small Finance Bank allots 2.22 lakh equity shares under ESOP     Back

AU Small Finance Bank has allotted 2,22,762 equity shares under ESOP on 14 January 2026. The paid-up equity share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 7,47,18,07,180 to Rs. 7,47,40,34,800.
