Initial public issue of upto 63,51,600 equity shares of face value of  10/- each of Spunweb Nonwoven Limited (formerly known as Spunweb Nonwoven Private Limited), ("Spunweb" or the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of 96 /- per equity share including a share premium of 86/- per equity share (the "Issue Price") aggregating to 60.98 crores ("the Issue"), of which 3,21,600 equity shares of face value of 10/- each for cash at a price of 96/- per equity share including a share premium of 86/- per equity share aggregating to 3.09 crores was reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. net issue of 60,30,000 equity shares of face value of 10/- each at a price of 96 /- per equity share including a share premium of 86 /- per equity share aggregating to 57.89 crores is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Issue". the issue and the net issue constituted 26.35% and 25.02%, respectively, of the post issue paid up equity share capital of ther company. |
