Initial public issue of 10,40,000 equity shares of face value of  10/- each of L.K.Mehta Polymers Limited ("L.K. or the "Company" or the Isuer") for cash at a price of 71/- per equity share including a share premium of 61/- per equity share (the "Issue Price") aggregating to 7.38 crores ("The Issue"), of which 54,400 equity shares of face value of
10/- each for cash at a price of 71/- per equity share including a share premium of 61/- per equity share aggregating to 0.38 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. net issue of 9,85,600 equity shares of face value of 10/- each at a price of 71/- per equity share including a share premium of 61/- per equity share aggregating to 7.00 crores is herein after referred to as the "Net Issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 27.08% and 25.67% respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company.
The face value of the equity shares is 10/- each and the issue price is 71/-. The issue price is 7.10 times of the face value.
