48.00 crores (the "Fresh Offer") and an offer for sale of upto 11,00,400 equity shares by the promoter selling shareholder, Munir Abdul Ganee Chandniwala ("Offer for Sale") aggregating to 10.57 crores, (Hereinafter Refferd as "Promoter Selling Shareholder") out of which up to 3,06,000 equity shares of face value of 10/- each, at an offer price of 96 per equity share for cash, aggregating 2.94 crores will be reserved for subscription by the market maker to the offer (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion").
