Initial public issue of 6,80,000 equity shares of face value of  10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Vruddhi Engineering Works Limited ("The Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of 70 per equity share (the "Issue Price"), (including a premium of 60 per equity share), aggregating
4.76 crores ("The Issue"), of which 36,000 equity shares of face value of 10/- for cash at a price of 70 each aggregating 0.25 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less market maker reservation portion i.e. issue of 6,44,000 equity shares of face value of 10/- each for cash at a price of 70 per equity share, aggregating to 4.51 crores is here in after referred to as the "Net Issue".
