IST and concluded at 04.30 P M IST through Video conferencing and other Audio Visual Means. The Board of Directors of the Company had appointed Mr. Suresh Marpu (M.No: A44304 CP No: 16261) Practicing Company Secretary as the Scrutinizer for the entire Voting Process. As per the Scrutinizers Report resolution contained in the Notice of the AGM and addendum to the notice duly passed by the Members with requisite majority.
