Pursuant to Clause 4 of Schedule B of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015 as amended read with BSE Circular Ref.No. LIST / COMP/01/2019-20 and Companys Code of Conduct to regulate monitor and report trading in Companys Securities by Insider we wish to inform you that the trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives w.e.f. Monday January 1 2024 to till Forty-Eight (48) hours after the announcement / declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarer and nine months ended December 31 2023 to the stocke Exchange. Accordingly all Designated persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade i the securities of the company during the above said period of closure of trading window. The date of the Board Meeting for considering and approving the Unaudited Financial Results of the company for the quarter and nine months ended 31.12.2023
