Shree Narmada Aluminium Industries Ltd - Closure of Trading Window     Back

The trading window for dealing in securities of the company shall remain closed from Sunday 1st October 2023 in terms of provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended and companys code of conduct to regulate monitor and report trading by designated persons and their immediate relatives. The trading window shall be opened after the passing of 48 hours of conclusion of the board meeting in which the unaudited financial results for the quarter/ half year ended 30th September 2023 shall be approved.
