This is to inform you that in compliance with the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating Monitoring and Reporting of trading by insiders in respect of securities of the company and pursuant to SEBI(Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company will remain closed for all directors officers designated employees and immediate relatives of respective persons aforementioned from 01st January 2024 till 48 hours after announcement of unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2023.
