In continuance with the above resolution as passed by the Board keeping all the terms and condition same the Board of Directors in its meeting held today on 4th January 2024 at the Registered Office of the Companyhas decided to make few changes in the list of proposed Allottees as mentioned below: We hereby inform that Anju Devi Dokania our proposed Allottee for preferential issue has become ineligible as she has sold her shares during relevant pricing period thus Board in its meeting held on 4th January 2024 decided to allot 30000 shares to the Nav Capital Vcc - Nav Capital Emerging Star Fund in place of Anju Devi Dokania therefore the total allotment of Nav Capital Vcc - Nav Capital Emerging Star Fund would be 1280000 equity shares.
