Dear Sir In compliance with SEBI (PIT) Regulations 2015 as amemded we hereby inform you that the Trading Window shall remain closed with immediate effect for all the designated persons as identified under the Code of Conduct pursuant to SEBI (PIT) Regulations 2018. The trading window shall open 48 hrs. after the announcement of Un-audited Financial Results for the Third Quarter ended on 31.12.2023 to the Stock Exchange after its approval from the Board of Directors in the forthcoming Board Meeting.
