ADROITINFO:The Exchange has sought clarification from Adroit Infotech Limited with respect to announcement dated February 05, 2024, regarding resignation of Ms. Triveni Banda from the post of Independent Director .'On basis of above the Company is required to clarify following: 1. Names of listed entities in which the resigning director holds directorships, indicating the category of directorship and membership of board committees, (if any).2. The independent director shall, along with the detailed reasons, also provide a confirmation that there is no other material reasons other than those provided.3.ï¿‚ï¾ Resignation letter as per Point 7B of para A of Para A of Schedule III of SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015The response of the Company is awaited.
