activities specializing in premium residential, commercial, and retail spaces, built on a

extra funds but running a financial or investment business is no longer the main focus.
Since managing extra company cash is already allowed under our general powers necessary to
run business, keeping a main investment object was confusing and unnecessary. To align
with active operations and consolidate corporate focus, the Board of Directors on July 25,
2026, approved the alteration of the Main Objects Clause (Clause 3(A)) of the MOA, by
deleting existing sub clause 1 & 2 (relating to investment/financial activities) and
renumbering sub clause 3 as 1, which was duly approved by the shareholders vide postal
ballot dated 27th August, 2026. The Company wants its main objects to show clearly that
its focus is entirely on construction and real estate. Company is pivoting its core
business focus exclusively toward Real Estate, Infrastructure, and Construction
