Kaycee Industries announces change in promoter shareholding     Back

Kaycee Industries announced that Universal Trustees, Trustee of 2015 Grover Family Trust and Promoter of the Company has sold their entire shareholding consisting of 45,899 equity shares (72.32%) to Salzer Electronics in terms of the Share Purchase Agreement dated 24 May 2019 through a block deal today
